Booking terms and condition

  • Min flight time – 45 minutes
  • Payment – prepaid through pay-order/check in the name of Meghna Aviation Limited
  • Advance Payment by bkash/Rocket
  • Last moment cancellation charge:
    • 30% of total fare/charge, if cancelled before 12 hours,
    • 15% of total fare/charge if cancelled before 24 hours of flight.
  • All fare/charges are subject to 15% VAT and supplementary duty
  • Passengers are covered with insurance during the flight

Special Point for Booking

  • Confirmed flight may be cancelled or not flown due to weather, civil aviation restriction or any other factors beyond our control without any prior notice.
  • Pre-paid payment would be refunded if the flight is not carried out.
  • VAT challan will be provided. (Requested to provide VAT reg no. Along with national ID)
  • Passport copy is required in case of foreign passenger.
  • Min two (02) working days are required to get flight approval from Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh. Above mentioned fare/charges are subject to changes without any prior notice.

Payment

Requisition of flight needs to be completed within two working days prior to flight with full payment of estimated cost. Flying time is calculated for both ways flights. Charges are calculated basing on the air time and ground time with vat.

Mode of payment:

  • 50% payment must be made 72 hours before,
  • 100 % 24 hours before the flight by cash or deposit to our company account Additional payment to be charged for flying on National or weekly holidays

Safety information

  • Passengers are to follow safety brief by the pilots/crew
  • For remote place landing passengers/clients need to prepare own heliport, ensure security of the heliport by police, take Clarence of the helicopter landing, ensure wind shocks, heliport marking.
  • One must be physically fit to fly in air. Sick persons are to inform before.
  • Doctors must provide certificate for a patient to fly for Medical Evacuation
  • Passengers are covered with insurance during the flight
